Ratchet 2

A Ratchet with two wide, thick, and broad protrusions that are incredibly exposed. So far it is the only Ratchet with asymmetrical protrusions, as it sought to change its performance depending on the direction of its rotation.

In theory, when spinning to the right it should expose its smoothed side to reduce recoil, while spinning to the left it would use its sharper edge to attack; however, the final design is almost rectangular on both sides, behaving equally aggressively in both directions.

Its two protrusions give it a mega great impact power, greater than 1 since its shape is more polygonal and generates hooks, so they also carry a super high recoil. And being so exposed, it is very easy for them to make contact with the rival, the ground, or the rails, which makes it bounce, lose a lot of energy, and makes it mega susceptible to bursting.

Without a doubt, they are the Ratchets that burst the easiest so far. Because of this, it is not recommended in defensive or pure stamina combos; it would only bring them problems.

On the other hand, its design can be super useful in incredibly aggressive combos, especially with Blades that synergize well with its contact points, since the force of the impacts is multiplied. Preferably they should be heavy weight Beys to somewhat compensate for the Ratchet's recoil.

The problem is that it is difficult to control its attack patterns since the tilt makes it super prone to hitting the ground. So it will always be a very risky part to use.

• > 2-60 (6.1 g): Lowest version, the most vulnerable to hitting the rail or the ground. Offers great power, recommended for extremely aggressive combos.

• > 2-70 (6.3 g): Medium version and the most balanced. Maintains the impact power, reduces the risk of scraping the ground, and is not as vulnerable as 80. Combined with heavy weight Blades and wide-tube Bits, it can achieve devastating hits with a lower risk of bursting.

• > 2-80 (6.7 g): Tall version and the most dangerous. Increases direct contact and recoil, so it requires heavy weight combos and aggressive Bits that take advantage of its momentum to smash or destabilize the opponent. Very unstable, capable of generating surprising but not at all consistent results.
