Ratchet 1

A Ratchet with a single deeply marked division, on which it concentrates most of its weight; its shape is reminiscent of a water drop.

Having all the weight on a single point, it can serve both to correct the natural balance of the Blade and to make it more erratic and aggressive.

When really well aligned, it radically improves the stability, control, and stamina of the combo; it is basically an excellent counterweight just like when balancing car tires! But if the weight falls on the wrong side, it generates imbalance and reduces spin time, although it also creates unpredictable attack patterns.

Another distinctive feature is its tendency to bounce with force in the stadium pockets, which allows the Bey to return to the battle with super great frequency. So it is a Ratchet that can be used in all types of play.

Its biggest disadvantage is that it carries a considerable recoil, so scrapes with the ground or direct contact can drain a lot of energy. Curiously though, it is not so prone to bursting since it is not sharp nor does it have irregularities; its periphery is super smooth, so they will be able to push it and make it bounce but they have nothing to hook onto to burst it easily.

• > 1-50 (5.7 g): Super low height, completely out of the rival's reach and providing the highest stability. Slightly more prone to scraping the ground than the 60.

• > 1-60 (6.0 g): Low height and hard to make contact with the rival, with decent stability, but with considerable risk of scraping the ground.

• > 1-70 (7.3 g): The heaviest of the three. Increases impact power without raising exposure too much; in fact, it runs a lower risk of scraping the ground and the weight makes it even more stable, making it incredibly valuable and versatile.

• > 1-80 (6.8 g): The tallest version. Greater exposure and savage recoil, but useful in heavy weight combos that want to be erratic and smashing.

The 70 height, unusually, is quite a bit heavier than the rest. Managing to add great stability, increase impact force, without the high risk of scraping the ground like the lower ones and without being as exposed as the tallest one.

Meanwhile, the 50 height is excellent for stabilizing Blades with a high center of gravity and helps lower their contact points, with a risk of ground scraping similar to the 60.
