01Mythology
It is based on Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross as Red Hulk, the president of the United States in Captain America Brave New World. Samuel Sterns manipulates Ross' medical treatment until it transforms him into a red creature of tremendous strength, then uses flashing lights to trigger his rage in public. Sam Wilson stops him by reaching the human being who still exists beneath that anger.
