Shockwave

It is based on Shockwave, a Decepticon scientist and strategist who treats logic as his absolute principle. His single eye, cold voice, and built-in cannon reinforce an almost emotionless mechanical image. In many continuities, he remains on Cybertron developing weapons and experiments for Megatron, although his idea of what is “logical” can make him as dangerous to allies as he is to Autobots.
