Gear Ball

A super wide dome-shaped Bit that connects directly with the 12 gears. It looks like a Diglett!

It is the most aggressive round Bit in the system, capable of performing Xtreme Dashes with great frequency thanks to its wide contact area and the gears reaching incredibly low for being a Gear type. However, this feature also generates three clear disadvantages:

• > Low stamina: Its huge friction with the ground considerably reduces its spin time, falling incredibly short of Ball.

• > Limited control: Tends to lose control easily, moving toward the edges of the stadium and becoming vulnerable to being knocked out.

• > Risk of bursting: It is a Thin Tube type, so it usually doesn't withstand the impact force caused by the Xtreme Dash, especially if this lifts it and they hit the Bit directly.

Therefore, if you look for aggressiveness with good stamina, Taper or Unite are much more balanced options. For defense, Ball or even the Needles offer more consistent results; and for pure stamina, Orb continues to be clearly superior.

The only scenario where Gear Ball can stand out is in evasive defense strategies, especially with light Blades. Its erratic behavior can make it bounce all over the stadium, even through the Xtreme zones, avoiding the rival's attacks until they drain their energy.

It is a risky playstyle, but super fun, although only effective against aggressive Beys with low stamina. In almost any other match-up, Gear Ball will struggle to secure the victory.
