00Level summary

Level is a 2.7 g attack Bit.

Level is a Bit with variable and surprisingly versatile behavior. From calmness, to semi-aggressiveness, and up to super aggressiveness, it is a unique and valuable option for players who enjoy adapting their strategy with every launch.

01Description

An attack Bit with a 16-tooth gear and a design divided into three levels:

  • > Level 1: A super small flat tip barely exposed.
  • > Level 2: A circumference of the same diameter as Rush.
  • > Level 3: A huge 8 mm circumference with a texture of 20 points.

Each level modifies the Bey's behavior depending on how it makes contact with the ground, alternating between control, speed, and aggressiveness.

02General properties

The first level offers a semi-aggressive, stable movement, with the best stamina among attack Bits. The second level increases the aggressiveness, with a speed similar to Rush's. The third level generates a super high speed, more aggressive than Gear Flat, with intense traction thanks to the points that grip the stadium.

The tilt determines which part of the tip will touch first and its initial movement:

  • > Drops upright in the center of the stadium: Stays calm and stable until hit.
  • > Tilted to align with the stadium curves: It will start in Level 1 and accelerate as it moves toward the edges of the stadium.
  • > Upright on the curves: By sitting perpendicularly, the widest part of the tip will make contact, acting aggressively right away between level 2 and 3.

The grip of the third level's points allows it to hit with a lot of force, and its gear produces savage Xtreme Dashes at the level of Accel. It also doesn't come out as affected by wall bounces since after a sudden acceleration it usually drops back onto level 1 or 2, better conserving its energy and movement.

Its biggest weakness is inconsistency: after the first attacks, it is unpredictable, depending on the point it rests on. Sometimes it remains aggressive until the end, and other times it stays almost motionless in the center. Low stamina Blades that require a strong, precise push will not benefit from it, while it is ideal for Blades seeking to attack in the long term inside the center of the stadium. It can be interesting in evasive defense by breaking the attack chain due to being unpredictable.

Why does it work this way? Blader's Path explains it step by step: Bey physics, how to build combos and how to test them. See the book
